The GREEN-X sensor line uses simple RJ12 daisy-chaining to send real-time climate data to the “Brain.” It automatically triggers device modules, maintaining an optimal environment 24/7 without manual intervention.

Digital Flow Meters (DFM-1, DFM-2, DFM-3) measure and display liquid flow rates for pipes. When connected to the GREEN-X (GCS-1), they monitor flow speed and total volume on a 1-inch LCD. The DFMs and GREEN-X also enable “Feed By Volume” for precise nutrient delivery during irrigation.

The WCS sensors integrate with the GREEN-X (GCS-1) to measure the water content of the grow medium, temperature, and electrical conductivity (EC). The GCS-1 displays and calibrates these soil status readings.

The WD-1 connects to the GREEN-X (GCS-1) to detect leaks or confirm irrigation flow. If water isn’t sensed after a set delay, the GCS-1 triggers an “irrigation failure” alert.

The Green-X (GCS-1) manages your environment through versatile, plug-and-play device modules connected via RJ12. It supports up to four Temperature (DST-1) and Humidity (DSH-1) stations, two CO2 (DSC-1) stations, and two Program (DSP-1) timers. For heavy-duty loads, the DSR-1 25A Relay can be configured to control any climate or timing function with high-capacity power handling.

The 4RS-2 is a 4-outlet module kit for the GCS-1, providing one Temperature, one Humidity, and two Program stations. It allows the controller to manage four devices via a single unit, with each outlet supporting up to 15A.

The DMC-1 (24V DC) and AMC-1 (AC) motor controllers connect up to four units to the GCS-1 to manage curtains and vents. Using the “Motor Setting” page, you can automate movements based on time or real-time weather data from the MBS-WS weather station. These modules provide precise forward, reverse, and safety controls to protect your structure from wind, rain, and temperature spikes.

The EFC-1 adapter allows the GCS-1 to control up to four 0-10V or PWM fans. It plugs into the controller via RJ12, enabling simultaneous, automated management of standard EC fan systems. Users can toggle between EC and PWM modes directly on the adapter for seamless integration with most fan brands.

The GCS-1 uses specialized modules for flexible equipment activation. The DSD-1 provides dry-contact relay control, while the DSV-1 manages 12/24V low-voltage devices. For advanced coordination, the DCC-1 and DCC-2 allow for “Interlock” settings, enabling a single device to be triggered by multiple conditions or shared across two control systems for maximum efficiency.

The DSP-1 acts as a versatile timer for pumps and solenoids, while the DSD-1 provides dry-contact relay switching for pump contactors. For direct low-voltage needs, the DSV-1 powers 12–24V valves and solenoids, ensuring seamless, automated watering.

Lighting Control

The Green-X offers dual-channel lighting control for simultaneous management of different fixtures or spectrums via daisy-chain adapters. Each channel features independent timers, temperature-based dimming, and “Auto (PPFD)” mode when paired with the MBS-PAR sensor. Combined with ThinkGrow LEDs, the system enables advanced group scheduling, spectral tuning, and sunrise/sunset or cloud simulations for maximum energy efficiency.
