11O/ 240V Control Line

The Aqua-X Irrigation System manages 110V/240V devices using control modules with multiple outputs. Up to five modules can connect to the main controller, managing up to 30 outputs for devices like pumps and solenoids. Installation is plug-and-play via RJ12 cables. Each output has individual time scheduling. A program device module handles timed control for devices up to 10 amps. A master pump link feature activates a central pump with other low-voltage devices. Settings and monitoring are available on the main controller or a smartphone app.

24V Control Line

The Aqua-X Irrigation System uses control boards with six independent 24V outputs for solenoid valves. Up to five boards can connect to the main controller via RJ12 cables, providing 30 individually controlled low-voltage outputs. They also support a master pump link, activating a central pump when any irrigation zone is active.

Sensor Board

The AMP-2 Sensor Board links pH, EC, and temperature probes to the Aqua-X Irrigation System, displaying real-time data on controller’s screen. Users set min/max limits for 24/7 alerts if readings deviate. Probes connect to the sensor board via terminals, and the board connects to the controller. This enables monitoring and remote access to historical data via a smartphone app.

Water Detector

The Aqua-X Irrigation System integrates environmental sensors. The WD-1 water detector functions as a leak detection or water-verification device, sending an irrigation failure alert if water isn’t detected after activation. Up to 25 can connect. The WCS-2 water content sensor measures the grow media’s water content, temperature, and EC via a five-prong assembly, displaying readings and sending alerts. The WCS-3 water content sensor monitors moisture (volumetric water content) with a three-prong design, showing current readings and providing historical data/alerts via a smartphone app. The system supports up to 8 of each water content sensor type.

Nutrient Line

The AMP-3 Sensor Board is a digital bridge connecting pH, EC, and temperature probes to Aqua-X Pro (up to 50 sensors) and Aqua-X Plus (up to 5 sensors) irrigation controllers. It provides real-time pH, EC, and water temperature data on its LCD screen and the main controller, enabling comprehensive water parameter monitoring for various tanks or dosing systems through flexible RJ12 connections.

Nutrient Line

The WD-1 water detector acts as both a leak sensor and a watering confirmation device. As a leak sensor, it detects water presence. For watering confirmation, an output (e.g., pump) assigned to the detector activates; if water isn’t sensed within a delay, an irrigation failure alert is issued.

WD-1 also enable an auto-fill function for reservoirs in Aqua-X Pro & Plus systems, using two sensors to maintain liquid levels by activating a filling mechanism when the lower sensor is no longer reached. The Aqua-X Pro supports up to 50 sensors/detectors, and the Aqua-X Plus up to 20.

Water & Nutrient Sensors

Nutrient Line

DFM-1/2/3 digital flow meters integrate with Aqua-X Pro/Plus systems to measure and display liquid flow rate, speed, and total volume. They can also enable “Feed By Volume” for precise, volume-based nutrient solution dispensing, managing irrigation by liquid volume instead of duration. Multiple meters can be supported for comprehensive multi-zone monitoring.

Auto-refill Water Detection

Medium Line

WCS-2 and WCS-3 sensors provide essential data for advanced irrigation. WCS-3 measures moisture (Volumetric Water Content), while WCS-2 adds temperature and electrical conductivity (EC). Connected to Aqua-X Pro/Plus systems via RJ12, they transmit real-time data to screens and mobile apps, enabling multi-zone monitoring. This data supports automated irrigation (“Feed on Demand”)—activating when moisture drops—and crop steering via customizable schedules. Mobile notifications alert users to readings outside set limits, ensuring responsive environment management.

Digital Flow Meters

Pump / Valve Line

These irrigation control boards manage pumps and solenoid valves. The OA6-110 (110V devices) offers six 1.5-amp outlets for small pumps or solenoid valves. The OA6-24/OAT-24 (24V devices) manages solenoid valves; OA6-24 has six timed outputs, OAT-24 has twelve. All connect via RJ12 cables for daisy-chained setups. The Aqua-X Pro supports up to 50 control modules (600 pumps/600 valves total) and features an improved master pump link for assigning multiple pumps to valve groups. The Aqua-X Plus supports 10 modules per channel (240 devices total), allowing individual schedules.

Control Boards

Pump / Valve Line

The OM-8 is a commercial dry contact module for Aqua-X Pro irrigation systems. Mounted in an electric control cabinet, it uses 100-240 VAC power. It has eight 12-amp dry contact relays, controlling up to eight devices like pumps or solenoids. Connected via RJ12 cable, it’s managed by the main controller. This module contributes to the system’s capacity of up to 50 control modules on pump and valve lines. Its outputs can be assigned to “Room Groups” for organized multi-zone control.

Dry Control Board

Pump / Valve Line

Aqua-X Pro and Plus irrigation systems use control modules for pumps and valves. The DSP-1/2 is a programmable timer for equipment up to 10 amps. The DSD-1 provides dry-contact closure for equipment up to 6 amps. The DSV-1 offers selectable 12V or 24V AC/DC low-voltage output for devices like solenoids. Both systems can connect many modules, expanding irrigation management across multiple zones.
